Can I choose home or online tuition?
Yes. For home tuition, your location and the tutor's preferred teaching zone help determine suitable matches. Online tuition discovery does not require a geographic teaching-zone match. Check each tutor's listed teaching mode and availability.
Are all tutor qualifications verified?
Profiles include tutor-provided qualifications, experience and teaching details. A completed profile is not a guarantee that every qualification has been independently verified. Review any verification information shown on the individual profile and contact support if you need clarification.
Does requesting a demo confirm the session?
No. Choose an available demo slot and sign in to submit your request. A request still needs confirmation. Check the demo status in your parent dashboard before making arrangements; availability can change.
How are tuition fees agreed?
Review the fee information on the tutor's profile. Final tuition fees are agreed after the relevant discussion or demo. A demo request does not by itself finalize the tuition arrangement. Review the applicable pricing and payment terms before proceeding.
Where can I get help with payments or refunds?
Contact support@gurupro.in for support. Eligible payments for verified undelivered classes may be refunded or adjusted proportionately, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Eligibility and review requirements apply; refunds are not automatic.
