GuruPro is a platform operated by ISUN EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. ISUN EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is the operator and data controller for personal information handled through the GuruPro platform, subject to applicable law.

In this policy, "GuruPro" refers to the platform and brand. "We", "us", and "our" refer to ISUN EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED as its legal operator.

To receive and manage a tuition requirement, we may handle parent contact details, authentication and session information, student-related requirement details, class, board, subjects, preferred teaching mode and tutor preferences, timing, area or location information, and any special requirements supplied in the request.

We use this information to create the requirement, support appropriate tutor discovery, coordinate demos, operate the parent dashboard, and provide assistance when requested.

For tutor registration and profile management, we may handle profile and contact details, qualifications and submitted verification documents, teaching scope, teaching zone, availability, pricing, tutor profile media, demo and active-tuition records, and Tutor Registration Fee or payment records where applicable.

These details help us operate the tutor dashboard, present relevant information to parents at the appropriate stage, support demo coordination, and administer registration-fee and tuition-related records.

We maintain operational records needed to run the platform, including demos, active tuitions, billing records, fee offers, refund-review requests, support conversations, and notification activity. We use those records for service delivery, support, dispute or refund review, security, and internal administration.

• To authenticate accounts, maintain sessions, prevent misuse, and provide account support.
• To match or discover relevant tutor profiles from a tuition requirement and coordinate demos.
• To show the minimum relevant information to the parent, tutor, and authorised administrators at the relevant stage of the journey.
• To manage active tuition, billing, registration-fee records, refund-review records, and service communications.
• To comply with lawful requests or protect the platform, its users, and service operations where necessary.

We do not publish a parent's contact details, a student's requirement details, or a tutor's private information as public website content. Contact and exact-address sharing follow the platform's access and demo-confirmation controls.

Depending on the feature and deployment, the platform uses or may use the following providers to deliver its functionality:

• Supabase for application data, authentication, and storage services.
• Vercel where it hosts or delivers this website deployment.
• Google Maps for area and location features where enabled.
• PearlSMS for relevant mobile OTP or messaging flows where enabled.
• Meta WhatsApp Cloud API for configured WhatsApp notification workflows.
• Cashfree for the implemented Tutor Registration Fee payment workflow where applicable.

We share only the information needed for the relevant provider feature and do not provide our payment-provider, bank, or authentication credentials to users.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain records, resolve support or refund matters, meet legal obligations, and protect against misuse. Access is limited by the platform's role-based controls and operational need. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
